Welcome back to A Sea Turtle Picture A Day. Today we are heading back to the Big Island of Hawaii. I was walking along the tide pools and came across this Green Sea Turtle that had just crawled onto the lava rocks in search of algae. I sat there for a while observing it and taking pictures. After a while it went back into the water.
This picture was taken with a Nikon D100 camera with a 70-200 mm lens
