Welcome back to A Sea Turtle Picture A Day. Today is the 100Th anniversary of Archie Carr's birth. Archie is known as the grandfather of all Sea Turtle researchers. The things that he discovered during his long research career have help us with our understanding of these awesome creatures. Happy Birthday Archie.
